Job Duties
- Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas
- Responsible for set up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products and equipment
- Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff
- Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items
- Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
