- ability to work evening shifts
- strong multitasking skills

Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a line cook or similar role
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong communication skills
- bilingual in spanish is a plus
- punctual and responsible work ethic
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to specifications and recipes
- perform light prep duties such as chopping and assembling ingredients
- operate grill, sauté station, and fryer safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- monitor food quality and portion sizes
- adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards
