Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in cooking and sautéing
- Availability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Eligibility to work in the US

Job Duties
- Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary
- Sets up, maintains and breaks down prep cook station
- Learn the menu, including all items, their mise en place and appropriate side dishes and/or garnish
- Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
- Prepare food for banquet events in accordance with club recipes and standards
- Assist chefs in preparing and serving banquet items
- Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times
- Assists with other duties as assigned by Chef
