Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- open availability to work any shift and any day including holidays
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug screen
- authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- physical ability to stand and move throughout shift
- commitment to upholding company policies and service standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year dining room serving experience
- ability to work any day of the week including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of food safety practices
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic computer skills for taking orders
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Assist the management team with new employee training
- help implement company policies and maintain cleanliness of dining rooms
- work independently as a lead within dining room services during shifts
- prepare tables for meals
- refill containers and clear dishes
- handle food safely
- attend to residents' needs
- take phone orders
- ensure other servers complete tasks effectively
- facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
