Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- completion of company’s required training including new hire orientation, customer service, safety, food safety, and department manager training
- AST certification
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to perform basic math operations
- physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to work in environments with wet, humid, or varying temperature conditions

Job Duties
- Assist to manage and supervise up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department
- order and receive product
- complete paperwork
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work
- assist in appraising performance
- reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
