Job Requirements
- One year of janitorial or custodial experience
- ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- ability to lift 35 pounds repetitively
- ability to remain active throughout the shift
- availability to work Monday through Friday daytime hours at the specified Chattanooga location
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of janitorial or custodial experience
- ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- good physical stamina and capability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn and participate in training programs
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness
- restock and organize restrooms and supply closets regularly
- perform general cleaning tasks including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas
- support the supervisor with additional cleaning projects as assigned
- ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols
- monitor facility cleanliness throughout the day
- assist in setting up and breaking down event areas as needed
