Job Requirements
- minimum age 18
- possession of a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and days off
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- ability to read, write, speak and understand Spanish fluently
- possess legal right to work in the United States
- successful completion of fingerprint-based criminal background check
- ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges if applicable
- compliance with uniform and appearance guidelines
- willingness to undergo Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing if applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum of one year customer service experience
- previous experience in a team-lead capacity
- administrative background
- above average attendance
- ability to work under stressful conditions
- effective communication skills in English and Spanish
- self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- ability to report to work regularly and on-time

- assisting with processes to ensure operational coverage
- utilizing staff admin
- upload schedules and ensure adequate employee coverage
- scheduling training
- supporting the implementation of new hire processes
- completing various administrative duties
- badging assistance
- recruiting assistance
- rotating office duties
- conducting agent observations and associate activities
- administering local training programs
- scheduling and manpower utilization
- maintaining a safe, dependable and consistent operation
- maintaining supplies, inventory control logs
- preparing customer correspondence, investigating discrepancies and compiling statistical data for reports
- assisting management in the completion of administrative duties
- acting as a company representative when assigned
