Full Time Housekeeper – Newport Beach, California

The family household includes three children ages 10 and under, and while the primary childcare responsibilities are managed by a nanny, this role requires the housekeeper to provide occasional light childcare support. This means that aside from overseeing and maintaining the home’s cleanliness and order, the housekeeper will also assist with tasks such as driving children to and from activities using a household vehicle equipped with car seats, and supporting simple childcare needs as they arise.

This position is scheduled for 30 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime depending on the needs of the household. Compensation is flexible and will be based on the candidate's experience. Additionally, the benefits package includes two weeks of paid time off per year, six paid federal holidays, and a health insurance stipend ranging from $300 to $400 per month, available after a three-month trial period.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, although fluency is not strictly required, and will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a kind and professional demeanor, and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
