Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous cleaning experience a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate well with guests
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Provide welcoming and helpful service to guests
- Communicate effectively with guests to address requests and inquiries
- Ensure guest rooms meet Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support overall hotel operations
