Two Maids East Valley is a professional house cleaning company that operates in the vibrant cities of Gilbert, Mesa, Apache Junction, Chandler, Queen Creek, Sun Lakes, Gold Canyon, and San Tan Valley. We reimburse all miles driven, ensuring our employees are compensated fairly for their travel. Our teams utilize medical-grade cleaning chemicals and follow Two Maids cleaning procedures and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a W2 commission-based position with semi-monthly pay, allowing you to keep all tips while earning up to 20 percent commission on each house serviced. As a Professional House Cleaner at Two Maids East Valley, you will be responsible for traveling to customers' homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific cleaning tasks. You will provide excellent customer service while cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and floors using industry-standard tools and methods. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 5 pm, with no nights, weekends, or major holidays, enabling a healthy work-life balance. Teams service between one and four homes per day, ensuring a manageable workload with competitive commission earnings. Necessary equipment and cleaning products are provided, and all team members are licensed, bonded, insured, and undergo a criminal background check.
