Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using reservation management software
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner
- Control flow of guests coming into restaurant and those waiting for a table
- Direct guests to appropriate location to wait when needed
- Estimate and quote accurate wait times for tables
- Seat guests at a pace maximizing service efficiency and overall operations performance
- Show guests to tables, place menu on table, and wait for guests to be seated before leaving the table
- Answer phones and input reservations into OpenTable, collecting the relevant guest information
