Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred

  • Proficiency in using reservation management software
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner
  • Control flow of guests coming into restaurant and those waiting for a table
  • Direct guests to appropriate location to wait when needed
  • Estimate and quote accurate wait times for tables
  • Seat guests at a pace maximizing service efficiency and overall operations performance
  • Show guests to tables, place menu on table, and wait for guests to be seated before leaving the table
  • Answer phones and input reservations into OpenTable, collecting the relevant guest information
