Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Availability to work night audit shifts on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide friendly and efficient guest service
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to various guest needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate front desk software and telephone systems
  • Knowledge of local area and hotel services
  • Ability to work night shifts on Fridays and Saturdays
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Assist Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
  • Provide or obtain accurate information
  • Perform night audit duties on Fridays and Saturdays
