Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic cash handling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities

Job Duties
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Perform front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution
- Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service as host or bartender, and cleanup
- Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality promoting the Drury culture
- Provide courteous, friendly, guest service with a plus one service attitude ensuring exceptional guest experiences
