Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
  • Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
  • Ability to speak and receive direction in English, both written and verbal
  • Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Perform front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution
  • Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service as host or bartender, and cleanup
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality promoting the Drury culture
  • Provide courteous, friendly, guest service with a plus one service attitude ensuring exceptional guest experiences
