Our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and warmth to ensure every patient feels welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. We foster a collaborative workspace where every staff member’s contribution is valued in supporting the overall mission of improving health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist who will handle reception and administrative duties vital to the smooth operation of our healthcare services. This full-time role is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, designed for an individual with excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone communications, scheduling patient appointments, and facilitating the check-in and check-out process efficiently and courteously.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Front Office Receptionist will manage financial transactions such as co-pays and deductibles, assist with precepting and scheduling radiological studies, and ensure patient records are meticulously updated with current contact and insurance information. The role also involves verifying insurance details on multiple insurance websites, supporting healthcare providers with paperwork, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the reception area. Maintaining accurate cash and credit reports daily is a critical task to ensure accountability.
This position requires a candidate who can demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, maintain a guest service-oriented attitude, and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail. The ability to lift and carry light weights between 10 to 20 pounds is necessary due to some physical demands of the role. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare administration and eager to contribute to a team that values professionalism, efficiency, and compassionate patient service.
