Job Duties

Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps
Juicing and preparing ingredients for beverages
Following food safety and sanitation procedures
Filling in other areas such as stocking and cashiering during down times
Using rotisserie oven to cook food multiple times a day
Utilizing broaster to cook chicken, fish, and potato wedges
Taking temperatures of cooked and cold foods
Changing oil in broasters
