The company views its employees as its most valuable asset and fosters an environment conducive to career advancement, development, and high job satisfaction.
The Food & Beverage Manager role at Schulte Companies is a key leadership position responsible for the successful management of both front and back of house operations within restaurant and hotel settings. This is a hands-on position, requiring energetic, experienced, and proactive individuals who can direct, support, and motivate the Food and Beverage team. The manager is charged with recruiting, training, supervising, and developing staff to meet and exceed the standards expected by the brand and guests. They are expected to ensure that food and beverage preparation complies with safety, health, and hygiene regulations consistently.
The role also involves critical operational responsibilities including processing payroll, managing inventory and supply orders, overseeing purchasing, and controlling food and liquor costs. The Food & Beverage Manager collaborates closely with the sales team, assists with menu planning, event coordination including pop-up events, and ensures the guest experience is exemplary. Conflict resolution and fostering a positive working environment for associates are also vital components of this position.
This full-time position requires the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should ideally have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment, preferably within similarly sized restaurant operations. A high school diploma is required, with post-secondary education considered a benefit.

Employees enjoy benefits such as daily pay options, free telemedicine and virtual mental health care from day one, multiple health and life insurance options, a 401k plan with company match, paid time off, holiday pay, pet insurance, employee assistance programs, and discounts through the Schulte Savings Marketplace. These incentives illustrate the company’s dedication to employee well-being and professional fulfillment, making it a highly appealing place to build a career in hospitality.
