Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and overnight shifts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 20 pounds for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Job Duties

  • Lead the effort to greet and offer assistance to every customer
  • Provide real-time coaching to associates
  • Execute replenishment ensuring sales floor inventory levels and size availability align with brand standards
  • Collaborate with management on remerchandising decisions
  • Encourage and help associates maintain product and promotion knowledge
  • Prioritize delivering exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns quickly
  • Lead execution of shipment processing, replenishment, pricing, and visual marketing directives
  • Assist with merchandising execution and new arrival merchandising decisions
  • Enforce company tools, policies, procedures and assist with loss prevention training
  • Assist with effective scheduling to support payroll strategies
  • Motivate and inspire associates to achieve sales goals
  • Contribute to recruiting and onboarding of talent
  • Demonstrate pride, commitment and passion for the brand and customers
  • Foster an inclusive environment and build relationships for continuous self-development
  • Embrace innovation and work collaboratively to achieve brand goals
