Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- a clean driving record
- access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- up to date car registration
- a smartphone with the ability to use the delivery app to navigate
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- Load, transport, and deliver items to guests or businesses in a timely manner
- review orders before delivery to ensure they are complete and accurate
- load and unload items into vehicle in a safe and appropriate manner so that product will not be damaged during the delivery process
- provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handle complaints from guests
- adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
- abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- work with dispatching team to resolve problems including order accuracy, and guest communication if needed
- train new drivers as needed
- complete training courses to build product knowledge and stay up to date on new promos, products, and procedures
- assist in-store between delivery runs
