Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear regularly
- ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to participate in required training programs
- commitment to customer service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and with distractions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- commitment to unparalleled customer service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence in English
- knowledge of HT Internet software, e-mail, inventory software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using money and measurements
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Job Duties
- Assist to manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department
- perform duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work
- assist in appraising performance
- reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
