Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years related experience or training
- knowledge of HT Internet software, email, inventory software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- commitment to customer service
- ability to read and write English
- completion of company training including orientation, food safety, and department manager training

Job Duties
- Manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department
- perform duties of baker, fryer, cake decorator, fresh foods clerks, and chef as needed
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work in the department
- assist in appraising performance of associates
- reward and discipline associates according to company policies
- address complaints and resolve problems efficiently
