Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one to three years related experience or training
  • knowledge of HT Internet software, email, inventory software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
  • ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • commitment to customer service
  • ability to read and write English
  • completion of company training including orientation, food safety, and department manager training

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department
  • perform duties of baker, fryer, cake decorator, fresh foods clerks, and chef as needed
  • interview and train associates
  • plan, assign, and direct work in the department
  • assist in appraising performance of associates
  • reward and discipline associates according to company policies
  • address complaints and resolve problems efficiently
