Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a customer service environment preferred
- current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to become certified
- excellent oral communication skills and clear speaking voice
- strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- capacity to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
- answer resident inquiries promptly and accurately

- monitor community systems to ensure operational efficiency
- manage all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- assist in handling emergency situations calmly and effectively
- support the Resident Services team in various administrative tasks
