We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our accomplished Resident Services team. This role serves as the vital first point of contact for both residents and guests in our community, embodying the welcoming spirit and high service standards for which Vi is known. The Concierge will provide warm welcomes, effective direction, and responsive assistance to residents' inquiries and needs. Beyond greeting and guiding visitors, this position involves monitoring community systems to maintain smooth operations, managing all incoming calls professionally, and addressing various resident concerns to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a customer service environment preferred
- current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to become certified
- excellent oral communication skills and clear speaking voice
- strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
