Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a customer service environment preferred
  • current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to become certified
  • excellent oral communication skills and clear speaking voice
  • strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • capacity to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies
  • customer-focused problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • answer resident inquiries promptly and accurately
  • provide clear directions within the community
  • monitor community systems to ensure operational efficiency
  • manage all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • assist in handling emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • support the Resident Services team in various administrative tasks
