Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Some experience in quantity food production preferred
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Requires standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to safely utilize kitchen tools, utensils, equipment, and cleaning materials
- Must successfully complete all required background and pre-employment checks

Job Duties
- Fulfill menu requirements and serve meals
- Wash pots and pans, trays, dishes, etc.
- Take out kitchen trash to outside trash bins
- Cover, label and date all suitable leftovers for storage
- Maintain personal cleanliness and cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
- Take and record food temperatures at mealtime
- Take and record refrigerator, freezer and dishwashing machine temperatures
