Job Description

Wildewood Downs is a premier luxury senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for older adults. Recognized as a Great Place to Work, Wildewood Downs stands out not only for its state-of-the-art facilities but also for its commitment to fostering a compassionate and supportive environment. This community-centered company prioritizes a 'People First, Always' philosophy, which emphasizes respect, dignity, and meaningful connections for its residents and team members alike. The culture at Wildewood Downs encourages teamwork, growth, and a shared mission to enrich the lives of seniors through personalized care and vibrant community engagement.

As a luxury senior living provider, Wildewood Downs offers residents a place where they can enjoy independence, social opportunities, and attentive services all tailored to enhance their quality of life. The community’s commitment to excellence is reflected in its professional team, whose dedication helps maintain an atmosphere of warmth, safety, and positive interaction. This approach also ensures family members and guests feel welcomed and valued, knowing their loved ones are in a trusted, attentive environment.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Concierge to join our dedicated team. The Concierge is known as the "Director of First Impressions" for our community, serving as the initial point of contact for prospects, residents, families, and guests alike. This pivotal role demands a friendly, professional, and attentive individual who can greet and assist visitors with warmth and efficiency. A Concierge at Wildewood Downs is responsible for ensuring that all interactions reinforce the community’s values and enhance the reputation of the company.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a senior living setting. This full-time position requires flexibility, technological proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple communication tools such as telephones, pagers, and walkie-talkies. The Concierge will also aid in promoting community programs and events, support sales efforts by engaging visitors, and help maintain building security.

Additional responsibilities include administrative support duties such as managing office inventory, handling mail and deliveries, and assisting with training sessions. Our Concierge must maintain confidentiality of resident and employee healthcare information in accordance with HIPAA standards. We value a team member who can show initiative, adapt to changing situations, and contribute positively to our collaborative environment.

At Wildewood Downs, you will not only advance your career but also make a significant impact on residents' lives by ensuring every moment they spend with us begins with a welcoming presence. Join a company that honors its commitment to the well-being of both its residents and its team members, fostering a culture where you can thrive and grow professionally while making a difference every day.
