Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service and clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Knowledge of multiple phone line operations and phone etiquette
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, squatting, lifting up to 20 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members
Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer internal and external telephone calls promptly and professionally
- Apply safety, security, and emergency procedures effectively
- Monitor and control building access and following check-in/out procedures
- Maintain updated resident rosters and manage daily resident charges
- Provide administrative and clerical support to department heads, business office manager, and executive director
- Keep the front desk organized, neat, and clean
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the business office manager
