Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of previous restaurant experience
- Experience making a variety of Asian cold and hot foods including dim sum, BBQ and stir fry
- A passion for great food and outstanding service
- Strong work ethic and 'let's get it done' attitude
- Food Safe Certification considered an asset
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese considered an asset

Job Duties
- Going the extra mile for our customers and fellow team members
- Preparing, cooking, and executing food items on a regular basis
- Supporting with the implementation of new menu items based on recipes and restaurant programs
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager with training and coaching the restaurant team according to established standard procedures
- Supporting the restaurant department with quality control and shrink control
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating ordering needs to the Restaurant Manager
- Fostering a positive environment that is focused on Always Customer First service
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environment
- Using a variety of equipment, including knives
- Other duties as required
