This full-time, non-exempt position at the Odana Road thrift store offers an hourly wage starting at $17.24 with an increase to $17.77 after six months. Operating hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This role is essential for the store’s success and for supporting the broader mission of St. Vincent de Paul. The person hired will be a key team member responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing donations, restocking merchandise, and operating the cash register. Working in this position means having a direct impact on the store’s operations and the organization’s ability to provide vital community services.

The role involves working with a diverse array of customers and donors, offering assistance, and promoting the store’s VIP and monthly Round-Up programs which help fund the charitable work of the organization.
