Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the register and service desk as a cashier
- Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain cleanliness and safety in the parking lot as Courtesy Patrol
- Help reduce customer wait times by supporting the register during busy periods
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and consistent shopping environment
- Utilize on-the-job training to continuously improve service skills
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere
- Promote store discounts, profit sharing, and exclusive employee benefits to customers
