Currently, Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a full-time Bell Attendant to join the Hanover Inn team. This high-energy, outgoing role is vital as the bell attendant is often the first and last person guests interact with, making a significant impact on their overall stay. As a member of the team, the bell attendant will be responsible for assisting with luggage, explaining hotel services, escorting guests to their rooms, providing local information, and helping with transportation needs. Additional duties include driving the Dart cart or van for guest trips and maintaining the cleanliness of the valet and bell stand areas.

  • strong communication skills
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
  • valid driver’s license for driving duties
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • maintain presence on the front drive assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment and valet parking guest cars
  • explain services and amenities of hotel including but not limited to location, hours of operation and location of banquet functions
  • escort guests to guestroom providing property tour and delivering luggage and other items to guest room
  • answer questions about local areas of interest and assist arriving and departing guests with all transportation needs
  • provide guests with personalized service to consistently create the best arrival and departure experience
  • assist with driving the Dart cart or van on trips for Dartmouth Alumni and occasional airport runs
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness of the valet/bell stand public areas as needed
