Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- previous bell/valet experience in a hotel environment preferred
- requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
- first responder certification a plus
- successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Greets guests who arrive by private car and assists guests descending from cars
- issues appropriate valet parking ticket and explains parking procedure and price when door staff is unavailable
- greets guests and escorts them to their rooms
- delivers luggage to rooms upon check-in and picks up luggage from rooms upon departure, moving luggage to storage or front drive
- maintains records of deliveries and pick-ups
- assesses any damage to vehicles when doorman is unavailable and documents it clearly on claim tickets
- deposits keys and tickets with valet cashier
- drives cars to hotel or local garage adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- hails taxis as needed
- retrieves cars for guests promptly and safely
- handles all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving customer complaints
- greets all guests passing through the lobby and offers assistance
- works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- performs shoeshine service
- runs errands for guests and hotel including local travel off property
- provides house car services within a 3-mile radius of the hotel
