Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bartending and/or serving in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the bar and provide prompt, courteous service
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to hotel standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Handle all transactions using the POS system accurately and efficiently
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements
- Greet and seat restaurant guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and hotel services
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain guest flow
- Communicate any guest concerns or special requests to management
- Follow hotel and brand standards for cleanliness and guest service
