Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in bartending and/or serving in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
Must be 21 years of age or older
TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly at the bar and provide prompt, courteous service
Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to hotel standards and recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Handle all transactions using the POS system accurately and efficiently
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements
Greet and seat restaurant guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and hotel services
Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain guest flow
Communicate any guest concerns or special requests to management
Follow hotel and brand standards for cleanliness and guest service
