Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending or serving experience in an upscale environment preferred
  • Valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Ability to work early morning, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess a Food Handlers Card
  • Must have a MAST Permit
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

  • Prior upscale serving experience preferred
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments
  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Available to work early morning, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required

Job Duties

  • Create an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail
  • Have an extensive knowledge of all menu items and their preparation
  • Take guest orders while making menu recommendations
  • Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Assist with table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service during peak hours
  • Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
