Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • bartending training and certification
  • minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting 20 to 100 pounds
  • ability to maneuver in narrow spaces
  • capacity to follow verbal and written instructions
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • physical capability to bend, kneel, and carry items
  • excellent attention to detail and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • highly organized and able to multitask
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies
  • perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges
  • complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • know and comply with state liquor laws
  • ensure established pars are maintained
  • perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
