LaDiDa is a full-service Wine, Beer, and Bottle Shop situated in the vibrant heart of Downtown Clayton, North Carolina. Known for its carefully curated selection of beverages, LaDiDa offers a unique and inviting atmosphere for both local patrons and visitors. The shop specializes in a diverse array of wines, craft beers, and specialty bottled drinks, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. The role of the bartender at LaDiDa is central to maintaining these high standards of service. This position is responsible for assisting customers through both bar and table service, ensuring that every individual receives attentive and personalized care. Bartenders will play a key part in creating and enhancing strong customer relationships, fostering a sense of community, and encouraging repeat business. Operating within service hours from 4 pm to 10 pm, with shifts available from 4 pm to 11 pm or 6 pm to 11 pm, the bartender position requires availability for a minimum of three to four days per week. LaDiDa values professionalism, reliability, and a passion for the craft of bartending.
In addition to delivering excellent customer service, bartenders must maintain the operational standards of the bar, including cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Given the nature of the business and legal requirements, candidates must be at least 21 years old to legally serve and pour alcoholic beverages according to North Carolina law.
