Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or retail
- Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-energy work environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late shifts

Job Duties
- Support the shop by coordinating positions and managing breaks
- Coach Broistas to perfect their craft and elevate customer connections
- Maintain drink quality and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer and Broista issues with kindness and speed
- Communicate shift wins and challenges to the Shop Manager
- Embody Dutch Bros values by radiating kindness and commitment
- Work efficiently to craft high-quality drinks while keeping pace with the busy shop
- Show up on time and communicate availability
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts
