Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- able to handle fast-paced, high-energy work environment
- capable of lifting up to 65 lbs
- reliable transportation
- availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Support the shop
- own the coordination of positions, manage breaks, and keep the crew moving efficiently
- coach in the moment
- act as a mentor to Broistas, helping them perfect their craft and elevate their customer connections
- maintain the standard
- ensure drink quality is top-tier and food safety/cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift
- problem solve
- handle tough customer Broista moments with kindness and speed, turning every situation into a win
- bridge the gap
- communicate shift wins and challenges to the Shop Manager, helping the whole shop level up
- embody
- live out the Dutch Bros values: radiate kindness, get up early, stay up late, and change the world
- stay fast and focused
- work efficiently to craft high-quality drinks while keeping up with the hustle of a busy shop
