Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability for shifts up to 10 hours, including early mornings and late nights
- Commitment to showing up on time and communicating shift availability
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions with provided gear
- Ability to undergo training, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or leadership role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to remain positive and adaptable under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices advantageous
Job Duties
- Support the shop by coordinating positions, managing breaks, and keeping the crew moving efficiently
- Coach in the moment by mentoring Broistas to perfect their craft and enhance customer connections
- Maintain the standard by ensuring top-tier drink quality and meeting food safety and cleanliness standards
- Problem solve by handling tough customer and Broista situations with kindness and speed
- Bridge the gap by communicating shift wins and challenges to the Shop Manager
- Embody Dutch Bros values by radiating kindness, showing dedication, and making a positive impact
- Stay fast and focused by working efficiently to craft high-quality drinks during busy periods
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and being ready when your shift starts
