Job Requirements

Act 34 clearance
work permit if under 18
ability to accurately count and perform basic mathematical functions
excellent customer service skills
ability to work as part of a team
effective communication skills
ability to use Point of Service system
previous cashier experience preferred

Job Duties

Welcome questions and educate guests
make espresso drinks, smoothies and coolers that are delivered to the guest in less than three minutes
operate espresso machine and video screen
identify each drink and delivery
perform cleaning tasks in accordance with store standards
follow cash handling procedures and policies
contribute to store profitability and sales goals
learn and demonstrate creating the Starbucks experience
offer customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment
discover customer needs and suggest appropriate products
prepare and produce all drinks to Starbucks standard
keep guest areas clean
respond to customer needs and thank each customer
demonstrate Just Say Yes behavior by taking care of customers' needs
follow store policy and procedures
