Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- availability to work weekdays and at least two Saturdays per month
- completion of basic food handlers certificate prior to start date
- must have smartphone or tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- no previous bakery experience necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work early morning and daytime shifts
- basic food handling knowledge or willingness to obtain certification
- strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
- ability to use smartphones or tablets for training and operational apps
Job Duties
- Prepare dough and bake cookies and other desserts
- decorate desserts according to specific recipes and quality standards
- assist customers with orders and provide friendly service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery and equipment
- participate in training programs and apply learned skills
- collaborate with team members to meet store performance goals
- manage inventory and ingredient stocks as needed
