Job Requirements
- Associates must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Physical capability to reach from 6-72 inches
- Ability to use hands for handling and feeling
- Good vision including close vision, color, and depth perception
- Willingness to participate in required training
- Ability to work in environments exposed to hot, cool, and extreme cold temperatures
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
- Ability to tolerate moderate to loud noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Basic mathematical skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- Process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- Clean work areas to maintain sanitation and safety
- Provide customer service by assisting and responding to customer inquiries
- Unload stock and organize deliveries
- Reload salvage items to minimize waste
