Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, or crouching occasionally
- ability to see close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to participate in and complete all company training
- ability to work in a moderate to loud noise environment and tolerate exposure to hot, cool, and extreme cold conditions
- ability to work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
Job Duties
- bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
- complete required company training
