Job Requirements

Associates must be at least 18 years of age
ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, or smell regularly
occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch
ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
ability to work in moderate to extreme temperature environments
willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
ability to apply common sense in carrying out instructions
ability to deal with standardized problems involving few variables

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
one to three months related experience or training
ability to read and write simple English correspondence
effective presentation skills in English
basic math skills including addition and subtraction
ability to follow detailed instructions
exceptional interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process, package, and stock fresh foods products
clean work areas
provide customer service
unload stock
reload salvage
participate in required training
maintain safety and sanitation standards
