Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly
capability to reach with hands and arms
able to talk, hear, taste, and smell
occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
specific vision abilities including close vision, color differentiation, and depth perception
willingness to participate in and successfully complete all required training
ability to work in various environmental conditions including exposure to hot, cold, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
able to work in a moderate to loud noise level environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months of related experience or training
ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence in English
effective communication skills in English in one-on-one and small group settings
basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
ability to follow detailed but straightforward instructions
completion of company-required training including food sanitation and customer service

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process, package, and stock fresh foods products in compliance with Fresh Foods Standards
clean work areas regularly to ensure sanitation
provide excellent customer service
unload stock deliveries
reload salvage items
participate in required training and team activities
