Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly
  • capability to reach with hands and arms
  • able to talk, hear, taste, and smell
  • occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • specific vision abilities including close vision, color differentiation, and depth perception
  • willingness to participate in and successfully complete all required training
  • ability to work in various environmental conditions including exposure to hot, cold, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
  • able to work in a moderate to loud noise level environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months of related experience or training
  • ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence in English
  • effective communication skills in English in one-on-one and small group settings
  • basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
  • ability to follow detailed but straightforward instructions
  • completion of company-required training including food sanitation and customer service

Job Duties

  • Bake products according to standards
  • process, package, and stock fresh foods products in compliance with Fresh Foods Standards
  • clean work areas regularly to ensure sanitation
  • provide excellent customer service
  • unload stock deliveries
  • reload salvage items
  • participate in required training and team activities
