As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting daily store operations and ensuring top-notch customer service. This full-time position, working an average of 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $27.00 per hour and a wage increase to $28.00 per hour in year two, offers a chance to actively contribute to store success. This role requires versatility to handle operational customer concerns in the store leader's absence and the ability to oversee equipment maintenance and store signage to meet brand standards.
