Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience
- prior management experience preferred
- ability to work independently and within a team environment

- knowledge of budgeting and personnel cost management
- proficiency in operating cash registers

Job Duties
- Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
- identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports

- monitors competitive environment and informs leadership of necessary adjustments
- provides product feedback and recommendations
- participates in interviewing store personnel
- communicates weekly information and team milestones
- ensures adherence to inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies
- resolves operational customer concerns in the absence of direct leader
- identifies and rectifies hazards and maintains store equipment
- maintains store cleanliness and signage
- assists with product ordering to maintain stock levels
- merchandises products to maximize sales
- ensures quality and accuracy of product signage
- assists with payroll, budget, inventory counts, and training new employees
- supervises daily team operations and escalates issues
- ensures timely and effective completion of responsibilities
- complies with company policies and confidentiality requirements
- performs other duties as assigned
