- Minimum of 3 years progressive retail experience
- Prior management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports
- Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
- Understands and communicates company strategy and core values to create teamwork
- Monitors competitive environment and informs direct leader on necessary adjustments
- Provides product feedback and recommendations
- Participates in interviewing store personnel
- Communicates weekly information, team milestones, developments, and concerns
- Ensures store personnel adhere to inventory, product handling, and cash control policies
- Resolves operational customer concerns in the direct leader's absence
- Identifies and rectifies hazards and maintains store equipment
- Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper signage
- Assists with maintaining stock levels through product ordering
- Merchandises product to maximize sales
- Ensures quality and freshness of products and accuracy of product signage
- Assists in achieving store payroll and budget goals, inventory counts, and employee training
- Supervises day-to-day team operations and escalates issues appropriately
- Ensures timely and effective completion of responsibilities to provide excellent customer service
- Complies with company policies and procedures and upholds document and data confidentiality
