The Assistant Store Manager also participates in hiring processes, ensures compliance with inventory and cash control policies, and oversees the resolution of customer-related issues in the Store Manager's absence. Job Duties
- Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance performance
- Understand and model company strategy and core values
- Monitor competitive environment and inform direct leader of necessary adjustments
- Provide product feedback and recommendations
- Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
