The Assistant Store Manager role at ALDI is a full-time position requiring an average of 38 hours per week, with a starting wage of $27.50 per hour, increasing to $28.50 per hour in the second year. This position plays a critical role in supervising daily store operations and supporting the Store Manager to ensure the store meets its performance goals. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience

Job Duties
- Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
