Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations
- identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
- communicate and model company core values
- monitor local competition and advise on adjustments
- provide product feedback and recommendations
- participate in interviewing store personnel
- communicate team information and milestones
- ensure adherence to inventory and cash control procedures
- resolve customer concerns in leader's absence
- identify and rectify hazards and maintain store equipment
- maintain cleanliness and proper signage
- assist with stock ordering and merchandising
- ensure product quality and accurate signage
- assist with payroll and loss budget compliance
- supervise day-to-day team operations
- ensure timely completion of responsibilities
