Job Duties
- display a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensure all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience
- handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempt to solve for yes and escalate issues as appropriate
- maintain a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience
- share feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience
- perform as the floor supervisor role as needed to cover non-peak periods
- deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience with all customers
- hold self and others responsible for the accomplishment of all operational tasks
- coach and provide feedback on sales associate's performance
- support associate engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance
- provide direction to associates to ensure understanding of company directives and standards
- prioritize and delegate tasks to meet all operational needs
- support and execute visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company
- drive efficiency in all operational store processes
- maintain merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom
- ensure all store associates follow all policies, procedures and safety program practices
- reflect the Pacsun brand by demonstrating passion and affinity for product, brands, fashion and trends
- inspire and motivate others by consistently exhibiting core value behaviors
