- Fine dining experience required
- Availability to work mostly mornings weekends and holidays
- California Food Handler Card
- Responsible Beverage Service certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and multitasking ability

Job Duties
- Deliver standout genuine service that wakes guests up better than their first cup of coffee
- Master the menu including all modifiers and confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections
- Anticipate guest needs before they ask during breakfast service
- Keep tables tidy orders accurate and service flowing smoothly during busy morning rushes
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive energetic vibe on the floor
- Handle transactions with accuracy and accountability
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards even during brunch
