The George, a vibrant dining venue within the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time AM Bartender to join its dynamic team. As a Full Time AM Bartender, you will have the opportunity to work in an elegant and fun atmosphere, honing your skills while serving a diverse clientele. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating outstanding dining experiences by preparing and serving a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks with impeccable presentation and attention to detail. You will be expected to have extensive knowledge of menu items and assist guests in making menu recommendations while ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintaining a clean and organized dining area is also a key part of the job, as well as collaborating closely with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
